We practice evidence-based therapy because we care about outcomes, not just sessions. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or a difficult life transition — we'll build something that actually works.
The gold standard for anxiety, depression, and OCD. We identify and restructure unhelpful thought and behavior patterns with practical, measurable tools.
Build psychological flexibility, clarify your values, and take meaningful action — even in the presence of difficult thoughts and feelings.
Evidence-based skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness — especially effective for BPD and self-harm.
We use trauma-informed frameworks and somatic-integrated approaches to help clients process traumatic experiences safely and effectively.
Traditional therapy often doesn't work for the ADHD brain. We adapt structure, pacing, and technique for neurodivergent clients so sessions are actually productive.
Explore ambivalence and build intrinsic motivation for change — particularly useful for substance use, health behaviors, and life transitions.
Our therapists have deep expertise in specific areas — so you're matched with someone who truly understands your experience.
Generalized anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic disorder, and phobias — using evidence-based CBT and exposure techniques that produce lasting results.
Persistent sadness, anhedonia, low motivation, and hopelessness. We combine behavioral activation, cognitive restructuring, and meaning-making to lift the weight.
Therapy for the emotional side of ADHD: shame, rejection sensitivity, relationship conflict, and the psychological impact of a lifetime of "not living up to your potential."
Military trauma, childhood trauma, complex PTSD, and single-incident events. We use evidence-based trauma processing in a safe, paced environment.
Job loss, divorce, grief, relocation, major health changes, and identity shifts. We help you navigate transition without losing yourself in the process.
Communication patterns, attachment issues, people-pleasing, and building genuine self-worth — not just positive self-talk, but lasting internal change.
From your first contact to meaningful progress — here's what the journey looks like.
We listen to what's brought you here, describe our approach, verify insurance, and match you with the right therapist. Zero commitment.
Your first full session focuses on getting a complete picture of your history, current challenges, and goals. Together, you and your therapist co-create your treatment plan.
Typically 50 minutes per week via secure telehealth video. We track progress, adapt the approach, and keep sessions focused on what matters most to you right now.
Every 6–8 sessions, we review progress, reassess goals, and adjust the plan. You'll always know where you stand and where we're headed.
Therapy has an end goal: you don't need us anymore. We plan for termination together and build the skills and confidence for long-term wellness on your own terms.
We accept most major insurance plans and offer transparent self-pay options so you can get started without financial stress.
Self-pay rate: $180/session. Sliding scale available for those who qualify. We also provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Ask us about your options during the free consult — we'll help you figure out the most affordable path.
It depends on what you're working on. Many clients see meaningful improvement in 8–12 sessions. Others with more complex histories or goals benefit from longer-term work. We don't believe in keeping people in therapy longer than necessary — we're honest about what's needed and collaboratively decide the pace with you.
Therapeutic fit is critically important. If after your first 2–3 sessions you feel your therapist isn't the right match, we'll work to rematch you with someone on our team at no additional charge. We take fit seriously because the research is clear: it's one of the strongest predictors of outcome.
No — our therapists and psychologists do not prescribe medication. Psychologists are doctoral-level licensed clinicians, but prescribing is a separate scope in most states. We coordinate care with your prescribing physician or psychiatrist and can provide documentation to support medication decisions. We'll refer you to a prescriber if needed.
Yes — the research is strong and consistent. Multiple meta-analyses have found telehealth therapy to be equally effective as in-person therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD. Many clients actually prefer telehealth for the convenience, comfort of their home environment, and reduced barrier to showing up consistently.
